The quality of the components that we supply is a key factor in our business. The Owner/Manager having spent several years working in the Aircraft Industry producing large batches of components that underwent 100% inspection, has extensive experience in this area. The repeatability of our machines is excellent, we can do long production runs maintaining less than +/-0.010mm. All our measuring equipment is calibrated at the required intervals.

The following is our procedure to ensure quality:

Machines are set up to produce the required component
One component is produced completely, our “ First Off ”
The “ First Off ” is fully inspected
When the “ First Off ” is found to be totally correct the full batch goes into production

Throughout the production process components are inspected at regular intervals this whole process works very well for us and ensures that every component that leaves our premises is to drawing specification.
We can supply a certificate of conformity with any batch of components.This is a document that contains the actual measured dimensions. We can take a measurement and sent it automatically to a spreadsheet it is fast and precise.
